Guys you need to think about it that you are calling them for your just help.  And no one refuse you for help. 

If someone refuse you than think he is not the man who help myself.

In case of public place no one refuse for help. And don't think about take help. 
Help is necessary. Every man need help

We need help in our life at every moment.
